GLOBAL MERCHANDISING SYSTEM FOR HASBRO GAMES

I developed a comprehensive in-store merchandising system tailored for major retailers like Walmart and Target, designed to be implemented globally. The challenge was to effectively showcase multiple individual brands under the Hasbro Games umbrella, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
I created a suite of distinctive icons for each brand, maintaining a consistent art style that reflects Hasbro's playful identity. These icons were paired with high-quality hand and product photography, all anchored by a signature dark blue pattern synonymous with Hasbro Games.
To visualize the merchandising strategy, I rendered examples of end cap and free-standing display units, incorporating designed assets such as headers, blade signs, shelf strips, and shelf danglers. This project not only enhanced brand visibility but also provided a structured approach to merchandising that could be easily replicated across diverse retail environments.
